Our View
The One Roof article confirms what we are seeing - increasing amounts of non-compliant building works, resulting in disputes between homeowners and builders, which threaten the completion of building projects. It remains to be seen whether the government's intended reforms will lift quality standards in the industry to avoid such disputes occurring.
