Tenants Terry Tata and Natashia Wilson assured their Lower Hutt landlords they had only cats, and that no dogs would be living at the property. But when a Facebook video of the couple throwing a first birthday party for their dog Rocky surfaced, it told a very different story – one that eventually found its way before the Tenancy Tribunal.
